Background

Paul has worked in the Construction sector for 23 years where his career journey began as a fully qualified Joiner. Gaining experience
working on a diverse range of schemes, Paul progressed his career to Trainee Site Manager in 2012.

Following on from his position of Site Manager, Paul, once more progressed, taking on the role of Contracts Manager in 2019,
overseeing projects across various sites.

Joining John Southworth in 2024, Paul brought with him many transferrable skills gained through working at various levels of the construction industry and his working knowledge on schemes involving timber frame houses, apartment blocks and assisted living.

  • Scholar’s Chase, a development for Concert Homes and Progress Housing, consisting of 30 Traditional Build houses in Inskip, Bolton.
  • Vernon Court, a development for Jigsaw Homes, consisting of 44 one-bedroom apartments in Ashton Under Lyne.
  • Campbell Street, a development for Bolton at Home, consisting of 48 Traditional Build apartments and 12 timber frame houses in Farnworth, Bolton.
  • Withins Drive, a development for Bolton at Home, consisting of 69 timber frame houses in Breightmet, Bolton.
  • Albion Mill, a traditional build development for the NHS with 109 units consisting of 50 extra care apartments, 24 dementia care apartments and 35 immediate care rooms with communal kitchen and office spaces built for Verum Victim
    Healthcare Ltd and Blackburn Council.
