About the Development

Located in a residential area of Gorton, east of central Manchester, this project consists of seven new timber frame homes for One Manchester. The site is a brownfield location adjacent to a health centre, residential properties, and a primary school.

Inspector’s Comments

The inspector commended the site, particularly highlighting the encouraging opportunity given to a trainee site manager who is leading the project under close supervision from a visiting Project Manager.
