Working on this innovative solo project, John Southworth acquired the land for the properties at auction. Funded within the business, the vision was to create two, timber framed three-story luxury homes with associated access and landscaping. All design services were undertaken in-house which included planning approval, detailed design and interior design planning.

The buildings make spacious homes with two upper floors containing 3 bedrooms, ensuite and family bathroom. Completing the ground floor; the living area, with downstairs WC, leads into a modern, spacious kitchen with bi-folding doors leading to a garden area with patio.
