John Southworth worked collaboratively with Care Housing and NHS England to identify a suitable property, design and schedule works to create this bespoke conversion tailored to specific disability need.
Located on Scott Road, within close proximity to the market town of Warrington, its transport links and its surrounding country parks, the primary goal for this property was to create a life-time home for the occupant and functional working space for the onsite support team who resided at the property 24/7.
With attention to the comfort and wellbeing of the resident, the following features were installed; underfloor heating throughout, air conditioning to living and sleeping areas, bespoke TV cabinets, window installations with integral blinds, custom fitted bathroom including infra-red flush and electrical installations including touch control features for user.
For a continued quality of life outside, the property was enhanced with enclosed gates for security and landscaping to the rear with a sunken trampoline for a play area.
