John Southworth has been named as a finalist in the Northwest Housebuilder Awards 2023 in the category of ‘Sustainability Impact’ for the impressive development at Blackrock Street.
These prestigious awards are a fantastic opportunity for small to medium-sized homebuilders to come together to celebrate and recognise the excellent work that takes place to meet the country’s growing need for new homes.

John Southworth’s have secured nine sites constructing a total of 75 units throughout 2023-24, expanding delivery of sustainable homes throughout Greater Manchester, and contributing to the Greater Manchester carbon neutral pledge.”
