Background

With a degree in Architectural Technology, Liam’s career commenced with 5 years in a design-delivery role prior to transitioning to a Project Management in 2023 as an Employers Agent, where he gained skills in Contract Administration, financial monitoring and coordinating tender processes across a broad range of project typologies and disciplines.

Upon joining the John Southworth team in 2024, Liam swiftly adapted into his role as a Project Manager; with his architectural background he is skilled at design team management and ensuring compliance with current regulations and employers’ requirements.
