Patrick has worked in the housing sector since 2012 having gained experience in community liaison, business development and project management of new build housing developments for, and behalf of, registered providers.

Patrick joined John Southworth in 2022 transferring all his knowledge, experience and skills into his role as Project Manager to deliver projects on time, on programme and within budget.

He works to consistently enhance processes and upholds rigorous quality standards. His proficiency in Building Standards and Regulations not only elevates our projects but also serves as a beacon of knowledge for our team, fostering consistency and excellence across multiple projects.

Skillset / Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project team members.
  • Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of projects, ensuring objectives and scope deliverables met on time and within client budget.
  • Ensuring relevant permits and approvals are in place from local authorities to avoid hindrance to projects.
  • Identifying risks and producing contingencies for issues concerning severe weather, safety, geotechnical matters and environmental impacts.
  • Appointing material suppliers, subcontractors and consultants, and monitoring performance/budget throughout projects.
  • Evaluating project performance and providing feedback to stakeholders.
