A recent inspection from the Considerate Constructors Scheme has recognised the Rossett development for Great Places in Didsbury as excellent, awarding it an outstanding score of 43/45.

About the Development

Located in Didsbury, the Rossett consists of 8 newbuild Apartments in a light gauge steel frame construction. Set back from the main road and neighboured by a children’s cancer charity providing respite care and residential properties.

Similarly, the environmental protections and a drive to reduce energy consumption are in place. Plans for natural environment enhancements will be progressed in due course and should then be promoted to the public as legacy positive benefits being provided.
